PreK – 12th Grade Back-to-School Forms in Skyward
Parents must complete 2024-25 Back-to-School Forms electronically through Skyward in August. These forms include verifying and updating personal information, health information, field trip permission, technology permission, concussion forms, etc. All students must have these forms completed before the first day of school. Steps to access Skyward and complete the forms:
- Go to https://lcssis.lansingchristianschool.org/.
- You will then click on “Family Access Login” and use your ID and Password to log in to Skyward.
- Next, click on the link for “2024-25 Back-to-School Forms” or “Go to Back-to-School Forms for (Student)”. You will then proceed step by step through the verification process. When you are finished, be sure to click on “Submit Back-to-School Forms” to complete the process. If you have any questions regarding technical issues, please contact Omar Bjarki.

- FERPA – (Optional) The Michigan Department of Health requires that LCS obtains permission on the Consent for Disclosure of Immunization Information to Local and State Health Departments from parents/guardians of any new student. If you do not wish to disclose your child’s immunization information to the local and state Health Departments, please email the elementary office saying that you do not want to disclose that information.
Middle and High School (6-12) Forms
For our Middle and High School students, we’ve compiled the necessary forms to help you get started at LCS. As your child embarks on this important stage of their academic journey, we’re committed to providing the support and resources needed for success.
